Roast-to-Order Coffee: To ensure peak flavor, we do not store pre-roasted beans. Your coffee is freshly roasted specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow a few business days for roasting and quality checks before your order is dispatched.

Custom Merchandise: Our clothing and drinkware are custom-crafted upon order to reduce waste and typically require additional processing time before shipping.

Domestic (United States): We offer Standard Shipping nationwide. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once they have been roasted and processed. All domestic orders include tracking so you can follow your coffee's journey.

International Shipping: We ship to select global destinations. Delivery times vary significantly by location and customs processing.

All Sales Are Final: Because our specialty coffee is a perishable food item roasted to order, and our merchandise is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety and freshness of every product we deliver.
