Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

All coffee orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service (for international customers).

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included at checkout.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by your local postal or customs agency upon delivery.

We currently do not offer prepaid duty (DDP) shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package does not arrive, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For international orders, customs clearance can delay delivery. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for coffee, clothing, or drinkware.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nudicoffee.com with the following:

A photo of the item and packaging clearly showing the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue, and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Why We Have a No-Return Policy

Coffee: Our specialty-grade coffee is roasted fresh upon order and cannot be restocked or resold.

Clothing & Drinkware: Each item is custom-crafted upon purchase, making it ineligible for return unless defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as shipped.
Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim in such cases.
