  • Coffee: Freshly roasted upon order and typically ships within 2–5 business days.

  • Clothing & Drinkware: Custom-crafted upon order and ships within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently ship to:

  • Select international destinations, including Canada, Australia, the Philippines, and more

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • All coffee orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service (for international customers).

  • Rates are pulled in real-time from our shipping partner to ensure accurate pricing.

International Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included at checkout.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by your local postal or customs agency upon delivery.

  • We currently do not offer prepaid duty (DDP) shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package does not arrive, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • For international orders, customs clearance can delay delivery. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive.
